gratuity policy:

I do not offer opportunities for gratuity. This is because my prices reflect what I believe my time and effort are worth, and I would rather eliminate the pressure on my clients to pay more than I advertise.

cancellation policy:

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Out of respect for my time and energy, you will be prompted to include a valid credit card to stay on file with your appointment. In the event that you must late cancel, but communicate this with me, I will charge your card or send an invoice for 50% of the cost of the session booked. If I do not hear from you (no-call/no-show), I will charge the associated card the full price of your appointment. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting this policy.

loyalty policy:

Your 11th appointment will be at a significant discount. Think of it like a punch-card for bodywork. This is because I value my time as much as your choice to work with me, and feel it is the best expression of my gratitude to my regular clients to provide some of my time and care free of charge.

While I am building this business, I would love to connect with the people in your life needing my services. If you refer a friend or family member to my practice (make sure they say you sent them!!), both of you will get an extra 15 minutes at your next session free.
