A one-off treatment option grounded in my style of Structural Integration. Sessions will begin and end with postural/movement analysis. Treatments may use myofascial release, fascial unwinding, structural deep tissue, and neuro-muscular techniques to address tension, pain, and movement concerns. Sessions are active and best suited for you if you seek:

Treatments blend myofascial release, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Abhyanga, and Thai massage using medium-deep pressure. Sessions may begin with movement analysis if relevant. Recovery massage is best suited for you if you seek:
nervous system relaxation
sleep improvement
recovery facilitation from physical exercise
circulation improvement
general tension and stress relief
I will sometimes incorporate cupping into these sessions if requested or if relevant.
