What sets me apart is a movement-centered approach that goes beyond traditional massage — I'm not just working on your body, I'm working with you to build awareness and restore functional movement. My technique blends myofascial release, structural deep tissue, and neuromuscular therapy.
As an Olympic Weightlifting athlete, I understand how to distinguish when limitations in a “regular” body may be beneficial for an athlete in a specific sport versus when limitation may be inhibiting performance and/or recovery.
I'm currently completing a 600-hour Structural Integration program toward Board Certification (BCSI), reflecting a commitment to clinical depth that goes well beyond standard licensure. I plan to offer 10-series work upon certification.
A B.A. in Psychology grounds my trauma-informed, somatic approach — helping clients understand and connect with their own capacity for healing, not just receive treatment.

I charge a flat rate based on length of appointments and do not charge for any add-ons.
If the cost of my services keeps you from booking with me, please reach out and we can collaborate on a fair price. You deserve bodywork.

Our work together will be very active: I will be asking for movement, incorporate time off the table to feel into the work and how it landed in your body, and we will most likely be chatting about the work as it is happening 50-90% of the session.
Every session is collaborative, integrating homework: corrective exercises, somatic practices, and stretching.
