Therapeutic Bodywork

in Springfield, OR

Welcome. I am so happy you’re here.

A graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, I’m a licensed massage therapist with a movement-centered approach to bodywork. I’m currently advancing my clinical skills through the Inner Dynamics Academy’s Structural Integration Program (600hrs CE) to become a Board Certified Structural Integrator (BCSI) by the end of 2026.

My work blends myofascial release, structural deep tissue, and neuromuscular techniques, informed by a background in traditional Thai massage, yoga instruction, strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and a B.A. in Psychology.

I believe in making bodywork a collaborative experience to facilitate somatic awareness and functional/applicable movement adjustments. My approach is rooted in a holistic, trauma-informed lens and centers around supporting clients in recognizing their own capacity for healing and growth. By incorporating movement, corrective exercises, and fascial stretching, I aim to help reduce pain and access more ease, availability, connection, and energy.

I connect naturally with athletes looking to improve performance, positioning, and recovery, people whose work involves repetitive movement patterns, and people whose systems have been disrupted by accidents, injuries, or medical interventions. I have received 3 reconstructive knee surgeries from a childhood immersed in soccer, and I feel especially connected when working with folks post-op to get back to sport or daily movement goals.

When not working, you can find me Olympic lifting, practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new places through travel, immersing myself in a good book, or spending time outdoors.

I look forward to meeting you(:
